Non-Online Data Stealing
Even supermarkets & restaurants are not spared!

Many people think that avoiding any online transaction means that they are completely safe from stolen data.  Recently, three people were indicted with charges relating to stealing credit card in nearly a dozen of Dave & Buster's chain of restaurants.  They apparently gained access to the cash register terminal and installed packet sniffer software which will capture credit card information when its being transmitted .
